The Opportunity: As an Investment Counsellor, you are the voice of FIA. You will partner with our internal portfolio decision-makers, auxiliary research teams, client service associates, and renowned sales team to give our clients the best service possible. With our commitment to being a fee-only fiduciary firm, you'll appreciate knowing our compensation structure aligns with our clients' best interests without relying on commissions. Through our unique training program, FIA offers an elevated finance and capital markets education to understand our firm's unique approach. You will report to your group manager whose previous experience in the role will assist you in navigating client relationships and provide personalized career development. This position is located in Sydney. The Day-to-Day: Build trusting relationships with our clients Educate clients on our top-down portfolio strategy, their investments, and market events Proactively connect with clients quarterly to review asset allocation and progress towards their long-term financial goals Rely on our sales team to gradually build your roster of high-net-worth clients Your Qualifications: 5+ years of experience creating and building client relationships within the investment industry (RG146 preferred) or completion of studies meeting RG146 standards Knowledge of the Australian and/or New Zealand asset management industry, regulations, and procedures University degree, suitable graduate diplomas, or equivalent experience Thoughtful, client-focused consultative approach Why Fisher Investments Australasia: At Fisher Investments, we aim to better the investment universe by always prioritizing our clients' interests.
