Merchandiser & Layout staff - Sydney (All Areas) Are you looking for a dynamic opportunity in the retail sector? Liaise Marketing is a National Grocery Broker servicing a number of well-known brands. We are currently seeking a number of dedicated Grocery Merchandisers and Layouts staff to join our Sydney team servicing Coles, Woolworths and Big W outlets. This role offers flexible working hours from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, providing you the perfect work-life balance. Responsibilities Ensure effective merchandising of grocery products within your territory. Maintain stock levels and product displays to maximize sales and customer satisfaction. Execute planograms and promotional setups accurately and efficiently. Build strong relationships with store staff to enhance collaboration and teamwork. Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies or issues promptly. Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries or concerns effectively. Requirements Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for transportation. Previous experience in merchandising or retail is preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Flexibility to work Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm.
