With the majority of our sales driven by our flagship store in the heart of Collingwood, Melbourne, we are now focused on expanding our presence both nationally and internationally. We’re seeking a dynamic Social Media Manager & Content Creator to join us 3-days a week onsite in our Collingwood Flagship location, to help drive this exciting next phase of growth. Responsibilities This is a super hands-on role — filming, editing, copywriting, community management, being the face of the brand — the whole nine yards. The Social Media and Content Manager plays a crucial role in shaping Black Finch's digital presence, creating meaningful connections with the audience, and driving engagement that aligns with business goals. Act as a brand ambassador across all social media channels, ensuring consistency in voice, messaging, and visual storytelling. Develop and execute social media campaigns, in collaboration with the Sales & Marketing Manager, to support product launches, collections, and brand initiatives. Manage daily content creation, scheduling, and posting across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn, with a focus on community engagement and growth. Leverage influencer marketing and user-generated content to amplify brand reach, increase engagement, and drive brand advocacy. Conduct competitor analysis and use insights to continuously refine social media strategies, improving engagement and commercial outcomes. Monitor, analyse, and report on social media performance, using KPIs to optimize strategies and ensure alignment with sales and brand growth targets. Qualifications Qualifications in Marketing, Advertising, Business or Media & Communications. Experience: 5+ years managing social platforms and creating content. Proficient knowledge of native social analytics, scheduling tools, editing software, Canva. Preferred: experience within a fashion or jewellery business. Employment type: Part-time.
