Radius Medical Centre is part of the MyLocalDoc group, which is a network of locally operated GP Clinics throughout Australia. We aim to bring together local doctors and their community of patients with an outcome of excellent patient care. About the Role: We are in search of a patient-centric Practice Manager, ready to embark on a journey of immediate impact at our esteemed Albany Hills Radius Medical Centre clinic on a permanent full-time basis. The Practice Manager serves as the linchpin of the practice team, entrusted with the pivotal responsibility of providing leadership to ensure the seamless delivery of day-to-day administration and operational services. Reporting directly to the Principal GP and working closely with the Operations Manager, the Practice Manager will: Facilitate practice meetings and contribute innovative ideas for operational enhancement. Uphold the highest standards of service delivery, ensuring that excellence is woven into every facet of practice operations. Implement the Quality Improvement Framework within the practice to drive continuous enhancement. Collaborate in the practice accreditation process, ensuring adherence to rigorous standards. Furnish comprehensive operational support to the practice team. Ensure the practice consistently delivers exceptional service to patients, while maintaining the fluidity of practice operations. Support day-to-day budget and cost control activities to improve operational efficiency. Implement and track operational improvements to enhance practice performance. What You Will Bring: A minimum of 5 years' experience in practice leadership, preferably within a general practice clinic. Exemplary written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in computer literacy, coupled with a comprehensive understanding of Best Practice software. Demonstrated ability to thrive in a multidisciplinary team environment. Capacity to operate autonomously, exhibiting strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Resilience in high-pressure situations. A contagious energy, coupled with an ethos of leading by example.
