LA Build Pty Ltd is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Officer & Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial records and supporting the smooth running of our operations from our office in Brighton, SA 5048. What you'll be doing Processing accounts payable and receivable Maintaining accurate financial records and supporting documentation Assisting with payroll, superannuation and other HR-related administrative tasks Providing general administrative support to the finance and accounting team Responding to inquiries from contractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders Identifying opportunities to improve processes and contribute to the overall efficiency of the finance function What we're looking for Experience in an accounts officer or similar role, preferably within the building and construction industry Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate financial records Proficiency in using accounting software, such as MYOB or Xero Excellent communication and customer service skills Working knowledge of payroll and HR-related administrative processes Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong time management and organisational skills What we offer At LA Build Pty Ltd, we're committed to creating a supportive and flexible work environment that allows our employees to thrive.
