If so, WE WANT YOU The Senior IT Service Officer delivers first and second level support, administers IT infrastructure and end-user devices, and maintains accurate systems and network documentation. To be successful in this role you will have substantial experience providing an IT support service with skills to support and maintain IT infrastructure, install, configure and test computers and associated hardware, troubleshooting as required. Our ideal candidate will possess the following: substantial experience providing IT support services including maintaining computing devices, printers and other peripherals skills and experience supporting and maintaining IT infrastructure and Microsoft technology including Windows 11, Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure and the Microsoft 365 suite in an enterprise environment skills and experience using IT service management principles We currently have one full time, permanent position available.
