The role As the Manager of Information Management, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the full lifecycle management of records and information across the department. You will provide strategic leadership and direction, guiding both your team and key stakeholders to ensure the efficient and effective management of information resources. Additionally, you will spearhead the development, planning, and implementation of initiatives under the Privacy and Responsible Information Sharing (PRIS) Act, ensuring compliance and best practices are upheld throughout the department. Your success in this role will be driven by your proven leadership capabilities, extensive experience in information management, and a deep understanding of the legislative and regulatory frameworks governing records and information management. A demonstrated track record of effectively collaborating with stakeholders to drive meaningful change, coupled with a strong commitment to customer service excellence, will be essential. Your ability to communicate with clarity and influence, paired with exceptional interpersonal skills, will be critical in fostering productive relationships and partnerships across the organisation.
