We are passionate about providing an accessible high-quality service to the rapid growing, diverse community we serve.**ABOUT YOU:*** Qualification - Social Worker Grade 2* Eligible for Social Work Membership Endorsement.* Excellent communication and documentation skills* Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.* The ability to think critically and problem solve effectively* Be consumer recovery focused care with consumers, inclusive of carers / families.* A good working knowledge of the Victorian Mental Health Act and relevant legislation**Primary Purpose/Focus of the role*** SE in the Brief Intervention Role provides short term support to clients aged 25-65yrs* Provide quality mental health and discipline specific, client centered assessment and treatment that is evidence based.* Provide linkages and referral pathways for clients requiring short and long term support* Offer consultation to the team and facilitate service linkages.* Report writing and liaison with GPs in the Community when required.* Effective and efficient service linkages within the community.**What you’ll bring** You’re resilient, compassionate and have a whole lot of heart.
