The role involves working within a welcoming, friendly, and highly skilled team committed to providing accessible, high‑quality service to a rapidly growing and diverse community. About You Qualification – Social Worker Grade 2 Eligible for Social Work Membership Endorsement Excellent communication and documentation skills Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills Inclusive of carers/families, consumer recovery‑focused care Good working knowledge of the Victorian Mental Health Act and relevant legislation Primary Purpose / Focus of the Role Provide short‑term support to clients aged 25–65 years Deliver client‑centred, evidence‑based mental health assessment and treatment Provide linkages and referral pathways for clients requiring short and long‑term support Offer consultation to the team and facilitate service linkages Prepare report writing and liaise with GPs in the community when required Ensure effective and efficient service linkages within the community What You’ll Bring You're resilient, compassionate and have a whole lot of heart.
