Implement and oversee collections strategies to ensure compliance with industry regulations. Provide tailored financial solutions to customers experiencing financial difficulties. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve outcomes. Analyse and report on collections data to identify trends and opportunities. Ensure adherence to company policies and relevant legislation. Support and mentor junior team members within the banking and financial services department. Contribute to process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. The Successful Applicant A successful Senior Financial Hardship & Collections Specialist should have: Proven experience in collections and financial hardship management within the financial services industry. Strong knowledge of banking and financial regulations. Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills. Ability to deliver compassionate and professional customer service. Proficiency in analysing financial data and reports. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in mentoring or leading team members is desirable.
