What You'll Do This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including: Lead and supervise land management operations across designated Defence estates. Coordinate vegetation control, firebreak maintenance, and pest management activities. Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and Defence standards. Manage contractor performance and ensure timely delivery of services. Support planning and reporting functions related to land upkeep. What You'll Bring Experience in land management, horticulture, or environmental services. Strong leadership and team coordination skills. Knowledge of WHS and environmental compliance requirements. Ability to manage contractors and deliver outcomes within budget and timeframes. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
