About the Role We are seeking an experienced and passionate Nominated Supervisor to lead our dedicated team of educators. In this pivotal role, you’ll oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the service, ensure compliance with all regulatory frameworks, and create a supportive environment where children and educators can thrive. You’ll work closely with our Area manager and Head Office Team to maintain excellence in early education, build strong family partnerships, and lead continuous improvement across all areas of the service. Key Responsibilities Provide effective leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the educator team Oversee compliance with the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations Ensure delivery of high‑quality programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) Maintain and strive to exceed the National Quality Standards (NQS) Foster a child‑safe, inclusive, and positive environment for children and staff Manage rostering, enrolments, and family communication Build meaningful relationships with families and the local community About You You are an inspiring, organised, and passionate early childhood professional who leads by example and values collaboration and continuous improvement. Essential Requirements Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (ACECQA‑approved qualification) Current Working With Children Check (WWCC) Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF) Experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a long day care setting Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills Desirable Experience as a Nominated Supervisor, Centre Director, Educational Leader or 2nd in charge ready to take your next step and become a Nominated Supervisor.
