Director of Talent Solutions | Gallant Collective Program Manager - Enterprise Planning Our client is undertaking a large-scale Enterprise Planning transformation across Asia and the broader APAC region, modernising business processes and deploying next‑generation planning applications to drive operational excellence and supply‑chain performance. The Enterprise Planning Program Manager will lead the delivery of this transformation program across multiple countries, ensuring the program is executed within defined scope, timelines, and budget. This position will manage cross‑functional workstreams encompassing Business, Digital, and Vendor partners, providing leadership, governance, and communication alignment across a complex, high‑visibility initiative. Key Responsibilities Oversee delivery across all program workstreams, ensuring milestones are achieved to schedule, quality, and cost. Coordinate Business, Digital, and Vendor (OMP) project managers to maintain alignment of plans, scope, and priorities. Establish program control mechanisms and governance frameworks for risk, issue, and dependency management. Report program progress, risks, and budget performance to the Steering Committee and senior leadership. Maintain the detailed end‑to‑end Enterprise Planning Asia Program Plan, integrating input from technical, business, and third‑party teams. Manage the overall program budget (approx. USD $5 million) and financial reporting requirements. Support the program leadership team in promoting program objectives, communications, and alignment with the broader business vision. About the Role The role leads and coordinates four major workstreams: Business Team – functional process owners for demand planning, DRP, and supply planning. Digital Team – responsible for technical design and implementation delivery. Third‑Party Vendor (OMP) – solution and application delivery partner. Regional Stakeholders – supporting end‑to‑end adoption and change management across Asia and APAC markets. Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain, or a related discipline. Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM, AgilePM, or equivalent). 3+ years in program or project management within complex, multi‑country environments. Proven exposure to supply‑chain operations or manufacturing, ideally within FMCG. Experience leading geographically distributed teams and vendors across the Asia‑Pacific region. Strong understanding of enterprise planning or demand‑planning software platforms. Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills. Sound financial acumen and experience managing multimillion‑dollar budgets. Solid grasp of change‑management principles and program governance frameworks.
