Streams Now Hiring Rostering & Scheduling (R&S) – UKG / Kronos, award interpretation, complex time & attendance HCM – Workday or SAP EC Core HR, security, position management, workflows Payroll – Workday Payroll or SAP ECP, remediation, parallel run execution Finance / ERP – Workday Financials or PeopleSoft uplift for GL, Projects, Grants, Procurement Facilities & Asset Management – CAFM / EAM rollout, asset lifecycle, maintenance optimisation Middleware & Data – Integration, APIs, MDM, data quality, observability, audit & controls Roles Available Enterprise & Solution Architects Own target-state architecture across HR, Payroll, Finance, and Assets; lead design assurance, integration, and NFR governance. Experience : 10+ years in ERP / HCM design (Workday, SAP, UKG preferred) Program & Project Managers Lead stream delivery (R&S, HCM, Payroll, Finance, EAM); manage vendors, budgets, risks, and cutover readiness. Experience : 7–10+ years in ERP / HCM delivery Business / Process Analysts Translate complex award, HR, and payroll rules into actionable requirements and user stories. Experience : Payroll, HCM, or R&S; Jira / Confluence familiarity Integration Engineers / Middleware Developers Build and maintain secure, observable APIs and data pipelines between core systems. Tech : Mulesoft, Boomi, Kafka, SQL, REST Data & Migration Leads Drive data mapping, cleansing, mock cutovers, and audit-grade reconciliations. Skills : SQL, ETL, reconciliation frameworks Payroll SMEs / Remediation Leads Execute payroll parallel runs and remediation strategies with accuracy and audit compliance. Tech : SAP ECP, Workday Payroll, Excel, SQL Test Managers / QA Leads Oversee testing strategy, automation, and quality gates across enterprise systems. Tools : Jira / Xray, Selenium, Postman Change & Training Leads Design and deliver enterprise-wide change and training programs to drive adoption. Tools : LMS, PowerPoint, video-based training Security & Compliance Leads Implement RBAC, SoD, and privacy controls; support internal and external audits. Frameworks : ISO IRAP, IAM / DLP tools Service Transition & Run Leads Stand up BAU support models, SLAs, and knowledge bases to ensure a stable handover.
