At Tasman, we’re passionate about creating unforgettable experiences—not just for our guests, but for our team too We’re looking for a People & Culture Coordinator who loves supporting people, thrives on organisation, and wants to make a real impact on workplace culture. You will be the heartbeat of our People & Culture team, providing essential support across recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, and employee engagement. Every day, you’ll help create a positive experience for our team members while ensuring smooth processes and compliance across Australia and New Zealand. What you will do. Recruitment & Onboarding: Coordinate end-to-end recruitment, craft job ads, schedule interviews, and ensure new starters feel welcome from day one. HR Administration & Coordination: Maintain accurate records in our HRIS, support compliance, and assist with policies and procedures. Employee Engagement: Be the go-to person for HR queries, coordinate training, manage recognition programs, and help deliver culture-building initiatives such as newsletters and social events. Stay abreast of legislation across Australia and New Zealand. What we are looking for. Tertiary qualification in HR or related field (preferred). 1–3 years' experience in HR administration or coordination. Knowledge of Australian employment legislation (NZ legislation knowledge will be highly regarded). Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication.
