Main responsibilities
Descrição sumária:Desenvolver e implementar as políticas aprovadas de Recursos Humanos, através do desdobramento das estratégias definidas pela liderança, bem como pelo acompanhamento e identificação de necessidades e oportunidades de aumento de produtividade e melhorias do clima interno da Empresa.Descrição detalhada:O Business Partner de Recursos Humanos será responsável por fornecer suporte estratégico à liderança da Timenow, com foco em impulsionar a competitividade da empresa. Este profissional atuará como consultor interno, colaborando estreitamente com os líderes de diversas áreas para garantir a gestão eficaz de talentos e o desenvolvimento das competências necessárias para o sucesso da empresa.Responsabilidades:Suporte à Liderança:Fornecer orientação e suporte aos líderes na implementação de estratégias de RH que alinhem os objetivos de negócios com as melhores práticas de gestão de pessoas.Aconselhar a liderança em questões de desempenho, desenvolvimento de carreira, e gestão de conflitos.Colaborar com os líderes para identificar necessidades de desenvolvimento e implementar planos de ação para aumentar a competitividade da empresa.Gestão de Talentos:Desenvolver e implementar estratégias de recrutamento e retenção de talentos, garantindo a atração dos melhores profissionais do mercado.Coordenar programas de onboarding e integração de novos colaboradores, facilitando uma adaptação rápida e eficaz.Gerenciar o processo de avaliação de desempenho, fornecendo feedback contínuo e apoiando o desenvolvimento de planos de carreira.Desenvolvimento de Competências:Identificar necessidades de treinamento e desenvolvimento, e implementar programas de capacitação que atendam às demandas da empresa.Facilitar workshops e sessões de treinamento, promovendo o desenvolvimento contínuo das competências dos colaboradores.Monitorar e avaliar a eficácia dos programas de treinamento, ajustando-os conforme necessário para garantir resultados positivos.Análise e Relatórios:Coletar e analisar dados de RH para identificar tendências e desenvolver estratégias de melhoria.Preparar relatórios regulares para a liderança, fornecendo insights e recomendações baseadas em dados.Arena política:Habilidade em atuar em arenas políticas com clientes e lideranças garantindo clareza nas comunicações.
Requirements and skills
Como requisito básico, você deve ter:Graduação em Administração, Psicologia, Recursos Humanos, Engenharias ou áreas afins.Experiência anterior em uma função similar, preferencialmente como Business Partner de RH.Sólida compreensão das melhores práticas de gestão de talentos e desenvolvimento de competências.Excelentes habilidades de comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal.Capacidade de trabalhar de forma independente e em equipe, com forte orientação para resultados.Inglês AvançadoVocê se destaca se tiver:Conhecimentos em IAConhecimento avançado em ferramentas de análise de dados e software de RH - Sênior.Conhecimentos em Mapeamentos de Processos
