About the role We are actively seeking compassionate and dedicated Community Support Workers to join our team. Our Community Support Workers provide flexible care to our clients in their homes through a range of services, including Providing personal care Domestic tasks including cleaning & meal preparation Transportation & community access About you This role requires: Certificate III Individual Support or equivalent. Commitment to provide high quality, wellness focused care. The ability to work autonomously & in a team environment. Experience working in aged care or community support work Familiarity with in-home care The successful applicant will have (or be willing to obtain) NDIS Worker Screening Check NSW Working with Children Check NSW Driver's License Insured Motor Vehicle First Aid and CPR Certificate A Smart Phone About Us Community Gateway is not-for-profit provider of aged care and disability services in the Illawarra, Shoalhaven, South East Sydney and Mid North Coast regions of NSW.
