About the Role We are currently seeking experienced Care Support Workers to join our team in the Illawarra Shoalhaven Local Health District. This role offers regular, ongoing work with flexible hours to suit your schedule. You will be responsible for providing personal care, domestic assistance, companionship, and meal preparation in accordance of Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Award. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality in-home support services to individuals. Assist in individual planning to help clients achieve their goals and meet their unique needs. Ensure the rights, interests, and cultural sensitivities of each person are respected. Comply with CAPAH’s Policies and Procedures, including Occupational Health and Safety standards. Skills and Experience Required Experience working with individuals with disabilities, the elderly, or those with challenging behaviours. Compassionate and committed to best practice care.
