Theatres Medical Wards DOSA/DPU Registered Nurse Clinical Nurses Medical Nurse Unit Manager DPU Nurse Unit Manager Your Skills and Experience: Registered Nurses and Enrolled Nurses Current AHPRA registration as a Registered or Enrolled Nurse (IV Qualified) Recent experience in an acute hospital setting Strong clinical skillset and decision making skills Commitment to continuous improvement and evidence-based practice Clinical Nurses Minimum of 5 years’ experience Experience in mentoring, education and supporting nursing staff Strong leadership and decision-making ability Nurse Unit Managers Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience Proven leadership and management experience in an acute clinical setting Ability to lead, inspire and develop a multidisciplinary team Strong operational and resource management skills Why Join our Team? The redevelopment will establish a new state-of-the-art theatre complex, increase bed capacity by 55%, and enhance services across cardiology, orthopaedics, general surgery and endoscopy.
