About the role We are currently seeking a Scientist for our Brisbane Platelet and Neutrophil Reference team to provide diagnostic laboratory testing for platelet and neutrophil immunobiology and related transfusion reactions. A day in the Scientist role could see you: Conduct scientific specialist testing procedures Undertake detailed analysis and clinical investigations to prepare clinical patient reports Share knowledge, coaching, and problem solving Perform validation of scientific testing procedures and equipment Participate in internal and external audits Provide technical and scientific advice as required by the business Continually look for ways to optimise work processes, actively learning and adapting your approach to achieve great outcomes. Act with a sense of urgency, high energy and enthusiasm and be able to relate openly and comfortably with everyone. Sound interesting?
