December Start Dietitian Positions Private Practice: Apply ASAP. A private practice position in medical centres is available across many sites, Qld. Get your career started, and grow your own business within large medical centres with up to 20 doctors and other allied health. You will be provided with reception staff, resources, business and dietitian mentoring. Flexible working environment, work for own hours, days and times: Preferred one dietitian to cover all sites, but willing to split role for 2 dietitians. These clinics are already established and full so you will stepping into busy sites. About Menuconcepts Menuconcepts is a large national team of accredited dietitians, providing dietitian services to GPs in large medical centres. Wesupport and work closely with thedoctors and patients to assist them to achieve positive health outcomes. Menuconcepts is a leader in the treatment and reversal of Obesity, Pre-Diabetes, Type 2 Diabetes, and PCOS, as well as the optimal treatment of IBS, IBD, and other chronic diseases. Since our establishment in early 2004, our supportive dietitian team has helped patients achieve their health goals applying up to date nutrition therapy. Job tasks and responsibilities Delivering exceptional care and support to patients in reviewing, designing and implementing dietary recommendations. Presentations to doctors about our nutrition therapies, and how our role can assist the doctors in thier patient care. Practice development including patient follow-up, and presenting at events and doctor meetings. Regular reading and reviewing of update to date research to keep on top of new cutting edge nutritional research. Enthusiasm to grow Skills and experience About you You are a dynamic dietitian, and possibly a little entrepreneurial, who is passionate about helping people implement nutrition therapies. You will also possess a relevant degree (Bachelor or Master in Dietetics) and be an Accredited Practising Dietitian or provisional APD with a DAA membership. You consider yourself confident and are able to liaise with doctors to market our services and assist with growing patient referrals.
