Job Description We’re looking for a Senior Distribution Engineer / Technical Lead to help grow and lead our Distribution capability in New South Wales. This role combines technical design expertise with client engagement and business development responsibilities, offering the opportunity to shape our presence and drive project success across the region. Key Responsibilities Lead and deliver high-quality design work for NSW and interstate distribution projects Build the presence of Egis / Peracon in NSW and contribute to growing the local team Engage with clients to identify and develop new business opportunities Scope projects, prepare fee proposals and manage delivery to scope, budget and programme Provide technical expertise, guidance and mentoring to engineers and designers Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project outcomes are achieved Qualifications A four-year Electrical Engineering degree (or equivalent) CPEng and NER registration (or ability to attain) 6+ years’ industry experience, ideally in electricity distribution design Ability to attain RPEV and / or RPEQ Demonstrated experience in overhead and underground distribution system design Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience preparing and presenting fee proposals A proactive, team-oriented approach with the ability to build strong relationships internally and externally Additional Information We are open to considering this role on a full-time, part-time or job-share basis.
