Google Ads Specialist — Byron Bay Contractor/Freelancer Revi Social Agency is expanding, and we’re looking for a talented Google Ads Specialist to join our team part time in beautiful Byron Bay. If you live and breathe performance marketing, love diving into data, and know how to build strategies that actually move the needle — you’ll fit right in. What you’ll do: Plan, launch and optimise Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube & Performance Max Build intelligent account structures tailored to each client Conduct keyword research, craft compelling ad copy and manage feed performance Monitor performance daily and adjust bids, budgets, and audiences Analyse data and present insights that clients understand Manage budgets Collaborate closely with our strategists and creative team Stay ahead of Google’s ever-shifting ecosystem What we’re looking for: 2+ years experience managing Google Ads at an agency or in-house Proven results across multiple industries (ecom + service-based ideal) Strong analytical ability — comfortable with GA4, Looker Studio, and attribution models Confidence working autonomously with clear communication A growth mindset — curious, proactive and committed to mastering your craft Must be based in Australia, preferably Byron Bay.
