G.J. Gardner Homes Taree is looking for a results-driven New Homes Consultant. Dynamic Portfolio: Tackle a diverse and exciting range of projects, from House & Land packages to highly complex custom builds on sloping blocks. What You'll Be Doing Proactively hunt, manage, and nurture all new home enquiries, from website leads to self-generated opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with local land developers and real estate agents to create a robust sales pipeline. Prepare detailed and accurate quotations for all build types. This is a full-time position, primarily Monday to Friday, with flexibility for Saturday appointments if required by customer needs. What You’ll Bring We are open to various backgrounds, but we are non-negotiable on drive. We need a 'hunter', someone hungry, resilient, and ready to build their mark in a booming area. A 'Hunter' Mentality: You have a proven sales track record (any industry) and a genuine hunger to succeed. You hunt for leads and know how to close a deal based on value, not discounts or promotions. Technical Aptitude: You must be tech-savvy, comfortable with CRM systems, and able to read and interpret building plans. Creative Drive: You’re comfortable thinking outside the box, whether that’s making videos for social media or finding new avenues for leads.
