My client is a leading national law firm with an outstanding reputation across multiple practice groups and a well-respected business development and marketing function. An opportunity exists to play an integral role within the Environment, Planning & ESG practice groups to implement revenue growth initiatives for the firm. Reporting into a highly regarded and down-to-earth leader, the successful candidate will work as a proactive strategic advisor and tactical resource to execute business development and marketing initiatives such as business plan execution; pursuits; end-to-end tender management; research and account management activities. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced business development professional to work with a team of partners who are highly bought-in to business development to grow their practices. The role will be a highly tactical, fast-paced and collaborate with high-performing fee earners. To be successful, you will present as a business development professional with a proven track record in developing and executing a broad range of business development initiatives for fee earners. You will have at least 3 years of experience gained working in a business development role within a partnership environment and be comfortable managing the tender process from start to finish. You will have strong writing skills and possess exceptional stakeholder management skills and have the ability to professionally challenge the status quo.
