We’re growing fast and proud of our down‑to‑earth, high‑trust culture. About the Role The People & Culture Business Partner is a strategic advisor and key enabler of our people strategy. This role is pivotal in aligning business goals and strategy across two key client groups. Shape policies and frameworks that strengthen culture and support growth. What You’ll Do Manage end‑to‑end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, talent development, and off‑boarding. Develop and implement P&C policies, frameworks, and culture‑building initiatives. Design, develop, and deliver learning and organisational development (L&OD) programs for leaders and employees. Provide guidance on workforce planning, performance, engagement, culture, and organisational change. Present key P&C initiatives such as performance reviews, salary reviews, DEI sessions, and engagement programs. What we’d love to see 8+ years’ experience in Human Resources / People & Culture. Experience in a tech environment (software, hardware, cloud, infrastructure) or within a large, complex organisation with strong white‑collar exposure. Proven ability to coach, consult, and influence a wide range of stakeholders, including senior leaders and technical teams. Strong capability in L&D / L&OD, including designing, delivering, and facilitating training programs for leaders and employees. Experience presenting P&C initiatives – such as performance cycles, remuneration reviews, and engagement activities – to large and senior audiences.
