Overview Are you a seasoned clinical and quality leader who thrives on driving safety, compliance, and best practice? Hearth Australia is seeking an experienced Quality and Clinical Practice Manager to lead our accreditation, governance, and clinical oversight functions across the organisation. In this pivotal role, you will set and uphold standards for compliance, safety, and continuous improvement while shaping a culture of quality and accountability across both head office and support teams. You'll also provide clinical leadership, training, and direct support for high-intensity healthcare needs to ensure safe, person-centred outcomes for NDIS participants. You will be primarily based in our Glen Iris office, with occasional travel required to our other Hearth offices and participant locations when required. Why work at Hearth? Drive compliance with NDIS Practice Standards, Safeguards Commission requirements, OHS legislation, and organisational policies. Lead risk assessments, continuous improvement initiatives, and safeguarding frameworks. Manage incident reporting, investigations, and Commission submissions. Provide clinical oversight, nursing support, and high-intensity care governance. Coordinate reportable incidents, restrictive practices, and behaviour support compliance. Build a culture of quality, safety, clinical excellence, and workforce capability.
