Enterprise Architect – Banking Data Migration (Contract | On-site Australia) Location: Australia (On-site) Contract Duration: 3 months (with strong possibility of extension) Commitment: Full-time (100%) Start date: Approximately 2 weeks from now. A leading global consulting firm is supporting a top-tier bank on a high-impact data migration programme following a major acquisition. This initiative involves migrating data from the acquired bank’s systems into the acquiring bank’s technology landscape. We are seeking an Enterprise Architect with deep expertise in banking integrations and data migration to play a pivotal role in shaping and governing the architecture required for this programme. Role Overview Design and document key components of the migration and integration architecture. Define testing strategies and migration event design across source and target systems. Facilitate architectural decisions with cross-functional stakeholders. Present architectural recommendations through internal governance forums. Guide teams and support alignment across technical and business groups. What We’re Looking For Must-Have Experience 10+ years in enterprise and solution architecture within financial services. Hands‑on experience in bank‑to‑bank migration or system integration projects. Strong understanding of Azure cloud architecture and modern integration patterns. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English. Strong capability in documenting architecture, facilitating workshops and driving alignment.
