In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and tailored banking solutions to our valued members. Leveraging your passion for great customer service, you will play a key part in driving the bank's growth and expanding its presence in this vibrant local community. What you'll be doing Developing and maintaining strong relationships with both personal and business banking Members Provide personalised support and guidance to members throughout their banking experience Conduct Financial Health Checks to understand each member's unique financial goals and requirements Managing cash and completing transactions for our members' What we're looking for A friendly, vibrant and professional approach to delivering a high standard of customer service Passion for building strong relationships with our members A can-do attitude to help members build their financial wealth to meet member’s needs Strongverbal and written communication skills Energy and passion for creating new business opportunities and providing out-of-the-box solutions to meet member's needs High levels of motivation and flexibility as well as being a team player Previous Retail Customer Services and proficiency in handling high volumes of cash Why work for us We offer competitive salaries,birthday leave, career growth, extensive training and development opportunities and support.
