Studio Manager / Head Coach – STRONG Pilates Rockingham & Secret Harbour Are you ready to be the face of a bold, innovative fitness brand? STRONG Pilates Rockingham & Secret Harbour are on the hunt for a Studio Manager / Head Coach who is community-driven, leadership-focused, and passionate about people, performance, and Pilates. What You’ll Be Doing Deliver high-energy, low-impact STRONG workouts Model best-practice class delivery, member engagement, and brand alignment Lead from the front with confidence and charisma Manage day-to-day studio operations and team performance Be the face of the business, welcoming new and existing members with professionalism and energy Uphold STRONG’s operational standards, systems, and brand presentation Mentor and develop instructors through observation, coaching, and performance check-ins Lead weekly meetings and in-studio workshops Support recruitment, onboarding, and team growth Community Engagement & Business Development Build a connected and empowered studio culture Foster strong relationships with members, local businesses, and the wider STRONG community Drive member retention and growth through local outreach, social engagement, and studio events Confidently operate and oversee: Hapana Core & Grow Meta Business Suite Digital Stack Microsoft Office Suite Support campaign rollouts and ensure alignment between digital and in-studio experience What We’re Looking For Cert III or IV in Fitness or qualified in one of the following - Pilates, Dance or Group Fitness Current First Aid & CPR Experience in fitness or wellness management Proven group fitness instruction ability Highly self-motivated and able to work independently Proven history of driving membership sales and retention Strong organisational and time-management skills Tech-savvy with experience in key studio systems Community-minded with a people-first approach Why Join STRONG Pilates?
