Job Description We are looking for a Studio Manager to oversee the daily operations of the content studio, ensuring all technical and production activities run smoothly and efficiently. This role combines strong organisational capability with solid technical expertise to deliver hands‑on camera work, studio coordination, equipment maintenance, and production support. You’ll play a hands‑on role in production, operating cameras during shoots to capture high‑quality footage and coordinating the technical setup for each session, including lighting, audio, and camera configurations. The position also supports live broadcasts, ensuring reliability across both live and recorded content. Manage media cards, track footage, and deliver it to appropriate teams for ingest. Assist in developing race day rundowns and coordinate the preparation and submission of daily race day APRA reports. Collaborate closely with producers and on‑camera talent to meet set requirements and maintain smooth production workflows. Troubleshoot equipment, software, and data management issues proactively, ensuring minimal disruption. Coordinate with post‑production teams to hand over assets efficiently and accurately. Qualifications Minimum 5 years’ experience in live television studio operations. Experience setting up live camera, audio, and lighting for studio environments. Strong technical knowledge of video production equipment and workflows. Ability to manage multiple productions and maintain a high level of organisation. Experience supporting live broadcasts or multi‑camera setups highly desirable.
