Connections Support Lead at Australian Digital Health Agency About the Agency As the steward for digitally enabling Australia’s health system, the Agency coordinates national engagement, delivery, and adoption of digital health to facilitate person‑centred, connected healthcare. Responsibilities span national digital health services and systems, including My Health Record, Electronic Prescriptions, and the my health App. About the Role The Connected Care Branch is seeking a Connection Support Lead (APS6) for a full‑time ongoing position. The Connections team provides end‑to‑end implementation support for software developers, healthcare provider organisations, and mobile applications integrating with national infrastructure. The team also develops and supports service model options and requirements for national data hubs. As the Connection Support Lead, you will act as the central coordination point between software developers, internal Agency teams, and external technical partners. This role involves assisting software developers to implement Agency conformance criteria and technical standards, including security requirements. You will also contribute to project and program initiatives, driving process redesign and continuous improvement through active participation in working groups and collaboration across multiple Agency teams. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and support software developers in implementing Agency conformance criteria and technical standards. Manage stakeholder engagement and maintain effective communication across teams. Drive process redesign and continuous improvement initiatives. Contribute to project and program delivery within the digital health setting. Maintain quality assurance practices, including content QA and proofing for user experience. Develop and maintain written guidelines and procedures for publication processes. Provide technical support and coordinate with software developers, internal teams, and external partners. Essential Skills and Experience Proficiency in implementing conformance criteria, technical standards, and security requirements. Strong stakeholder engagement and exceptional communication skills. Experience with process redesign and continuous improvement initiatives. Knowledge of quality assurance practices, including content QA. Experience writing and maintaining guidelines and procedures. Proven technical support and coordination experience with developers and partners. Additional Requirements Baseline security clearance; higher clearance may be required. National police check. Australian citizenship. Benefits Competitive salary range: A$98,045 – A$110,612 per year. Superannuation contribution of 15.4%. Salary packaging (salary sacrifice) available.
