About the Role We’re seeking Casual Chef de Parties to join our team ahead of the busy season. You’ll work across multiple stations, including grill, pans, and functions, helping deliver outstanding food for both day-to-day service and events. Key Responsibilities Lead food preparation and execution across multiple stations Ensure quality, consistency, and presentation of dishes Assist with stock control, ordering, and kitchen organisation Support junior kitchen staff and work cohesively with the team Contribute to smooth operations during functions and busy periods About You Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role required Strong knowledge of grill, pans, and high-volume kitchen service Experience in a fast-paced restaurant or function environment highly regarded Able to work weekends and evening shifts Passionate about high-quality food and providing great guest experiences Benefits & Culture Internal and external training and career development opportunities Mentoring and supportive team culture Employee Assistance Program Reward and recognition programs About Us Oscars Group is a passionate, creative, and dynamic privately owned hospitality group founded by the Gravanis family in 1986 with the acquisition of a single pub in Sydney’s Inner West.
