We are seeking a motivated and skilled Chef de Partie to join our team at a vibrant, fast‑paced casual Mediterranean barbecue restaurant – Melitta Next Door. This is a part‑time role (30hrs+) with the potential for permanent full‑time hours for the right candidate. About Us We are a fast paced, lively Mediterranean barbecue restaurant known for our high‑quality, authentic dishes and great working environment. Our operations run from Tuesday to Saturday, offering a consistent schedule and a positive work‑life balance. We value passion for food and offer on‑the‑job training for dedicated individuals. Role As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for running a specific section of our kitchen, ensuring that all dishes prepared meet our high standards for quality, consistency, and presentation.
