We're seeking an experienced and talented Chef de Partie to join our vibrant hospitality team at the Longbeach RSL . This is a casual position with potential to go full-time for the right person. What you'll be doing Prepare high-quality meals and dishes for our customers, adhering to our recipes and quality standards Work closely with the Head Chef to ensure efficient kitchen operations and timely service Having a high standard of food hygiene, safety, infection control and cleanliness in accordance with HACCP guidelines. Maintain a clean, organised and safe kitchen environment at all times Support the wider catering team as needed to deliver an exceptional dining experience What we're looking for Formal culinary training and a minimum of 1 years experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a hospitality environment Strong technical cooking skills and a keen eye for presentation and flavour profiles Great initiative, professionalism and strong attention to detail Excellent time management, multitasking and problem-solving abilities Positive attitude, strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team Passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients and creating memorable dining experiences Current Food Safety Supervisor Certificate.
