Our model relies on speed, efficiency, and precision from buying the car to delivering it to our partner dealerships and settling payments. The Role This is not a passive, back-office collections job. We want someone who loves the chase, thrives on closing accounts, and is confident picking up the phone and getting results. Your mission: Reduce debtor days Implement effective collections procedures Follow up overdue accounts firmly and professionally Work closely with operations, sales, and logistics to resolve issues that cause delays Build a disciplined credit control framework as we continue to scale Key Responsibilities Proactively manage and collect outstanding payments from dealerships and trade partners Maintain accurate debtor records, aged receivables, and daily collection tracking Make high-volume outbound collection calls and emails Negotiate payment plans where appropriate Investigate disputes and resolve them quickly with internal teams Establish and refine credit, invoicing, and follow-up procedures Provide weekly reporting on collection performance, risks, and recommendations Assist with continuous improvement to prevent future debtor issues Ensure all payments are received before vehicle release wherever applicable About You Proven experience in credit control, collections, automotive finance, or dealership accounts Confident communicator: firm, clear, and professional Strong negotiation and conflict-resolution skills Highly organised with exceptional follow-up discipline Able to build new processes and improve existing ones Results-driven with a strong sense of ownership Comfortable working in a fast moving, high-volume environment CRM, accounts software, or dealership management system experience advantageous Why Join Us Join a fast-paced automotive business undergoing rapid national growth Help build a high-performance collections department from the ground up Work with a supportive management team that values initiative and results Competitive salary + performance bonuses Career progression opportunities as the business expands How to Apply If you’re motivated by targets, thrive on solving problems quickly, and know how to get invoices paid on time, we want to hear from you.
