This role is highly flexible, whether you’re looking for more hours or fewer, we’ll work with you to tailor shifts around your lifestyle. About Us Better Connections is a locally owned and operated, NDIS Registered Provider founded by local Territorian Amanda, who brings over a decade of experience in community services. We deliver personalised, compassionate disability supports across the Top End, supported by a values-driven team who genuinely care about the people and communities we support. About the Role You’ll be supporting mature‑aged participants to live safely, comfortably, and with dignity. Shifts may include community access, personal care, transport, and in‑home supports. Some participants require PEG feeding, so experience in this area is highly desirable (training and support provided where needed).
