About the Role You’ll be supporting participants in our Youth in a SIL House and assisting in Shed programs, helping them build skills, confidence, and positive routines through: Practical activities and workshops Community access and outings Mentoring and positive role modelling Supporting independence in a safe, respectful way This role is casual and flexible, shifts can be more or fewer hours and tailored around work, study, or lifestyle commitments. Who This Role Suits This role is ideal for people with backgrounds or interests in: Trades, construction, or hands‑on work Youth work, mentoring, coaching, or community services Fitness, sport, outdoors, or practical skills Anyone who enjoys working with and supporting other youth Experience in disability support is great, but not essential, we value the right attitude and willingness to learn.
