We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Floor Manager to help lead our dynamic front‑of‑house team and deliver an unforgettable guest experience. About the Role As our Floor Manager, you’ll work closely with our Bar Manager and GM to ensure the smooth day‑to‑day running of the restaurant and front‑of‑house operations. You’ll lead by example, inspire the team, and bring energy, professionalism, and creativity to the role. Team Leadership: Assist in leading and developing a strong FOH and BOH team, ensuring a high standard of service across all operations. reporting to General Manager Customer Experience: Ensure the bar and restaurant consistently delivers an exceptional customer service experience, in line with the Sea Sea Hotel brand. Stock & Inventory: Perform monthly stock takes on all beverage items, manage inventory levels, and ensure accurate reporting of findings. Operations Management: Ensure the bar and restaurant operates within budgetary constraints, managing costs and improving efficiency. Staff Roster & Training: Assist with rostering, team development, and training programs to ensure all staff are skilled and motivated to provide exceptional service. Compliance: Maintain operations in compliance with all relevant legislation, including the Liquor Act, and ensure the safety and cleanliness of all bar equipment. About You You’re a hands‑on hospitality professional who thrives in a busy, upbeat coastal venue. You love people, know your way around a cocktail and wine list, and can keep cool under pressure. We’re looking for someone with: Minimum 2 years’ experience in a hospitality manager role (bar or venue) Current RSA certification Strong leadership and communication skills A passion for great experiences, customer service, and team culture Availability to work nights, weekends, and public holidays as required.
