Experience cutting‑edge retail and professional beauty service in an innovative concept store setting. About The Role This hybrid role blends hands‑on beauty therapy with premium retail. One moment you’ll deliver a glowing facial, the next you’ll help a customer find their perfect foundation match. Every interaction is an opportunity to delight and empower. Available for 3‑4 shifts a week with a mix of weekday and weekend shifts, including peak retail periods such as public holidays and the lead‑up to Christmas. Role & Responsibilities Deliver expert, personalised facial treatments in a professional, welcoming environment Provide beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations to help customers feel confident and cared for Maintain high clinical and hygiene standards, ensuring compliance with infection control and public health regulations Support and assist with in‑store activations, service appointments and brand events Step onto the retail floor to engage customers, assist with product demos and ensure visual merchandising excellence Contribute to a collaborative team environment that values authenticity, initiative and continuous learning Act as a passionate brand ambassador, bringing the BeautyBar experience to life every day Skills & Experience Required Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy (required) Minimum 1 yr experience performing professional facial treatments in a retail or salon/spa environment Strong understanding of infection control protocols, hygiene practices and public health regulations Knowledge of facial equipment and tools including LED, oxygen, microdermabrasion and exfoliation devices Prior experience in retail, ideally within the beauty, skincare or wellness sector Warm, confident communicator who thrives in a fast‑paced, service‑driven environment Professional personal presentation and genuine passion for beauty and wellness #J-18808-Ljbffr
