What You’ll Do Collaborate with clients to understand and document business requirements, including Australian Awards and enterprise agreements. Configure and deliver Dayforce Payroll and Workforce Management solutions for complex operational models (multi-site, shift-based, remote operations). Support clients through readiness and adoption activities, including training, data validation, and Go Live. Provide insights to optimise scheduling, labour planning, and compliance. Contribute feedback to improve delivery across the Energy, Resources & Industrial portfolio. What We’re Looking For Experience in Dayforce Payroll or Workforce Management (project delivery or BAU support), OR Background in HR/payroll with strong knowledge of Manufacturing Award, Mining Industry Award, Transport & Logistics Award , or similar. Experience with high-volume rostering and scheduling in industrial environments. Strong understanding of compliance frameworks (penalties, overtime, allowances, fatigue management). Ability to translate operational requirements into Dayforce configuration. Excellent communication, analytical, and organisational skills.
