Dayforce Payroll Consultant - $130/150k Super Location: Sydney CBD, Parramatta or Remote (fully remote available). Fixed‑term to Dec 2026 with strong potential to go permanent. Benefits AMAZING SALARY $500–700 p/d on a fixed‑term contract with full holiday and sickness benefits. Work in the CBD office 1 or 2 days per week or fully remote. Great team, great culture + top manager with 5+ years experience. Responsibilities Run parallel payrolls (old system vs Dayforce) until reconciliation is perfect. Identify manual workarounds and replace them with bullet‑proof Dayforce configuration and workflows. Write and execute comprehensive UAT covering payroll oddities: term‑time employees, clergy‑style stipends, portable long‑service leave, multi‑award complexity. Be the calm voice during cutover weekend and own hypercare for the first four live pays. Turn nervous payroll teams into Dayforce champions with training content and workshops you design and deliver. About You Hands‑on Dayforce payroll configuration experience (entitlements, calculated fields, pay policies, workflows, advanced reporting). You’ve built it, not just run pays. Battle scars from at least one full migration or major Dayforce implementation (parallel runs, defect triage, hypercare war‑room). Obsessive attention to legislative compliance paired with a creative streak for automation. Confidence to push back on consultants and vendors when needed, and communication skills to bring non‑payroll stakeholders along.
