Dayforce Payroll Consultant Earnings: $130-150k+Super. Location: Sydney CBD, Parramatta or fully remote. Contract: 6‑month fixed‑term with potential to become permanent. Our client is bringing an entire multi‑entity organisation onto a single, modern Dayforce platform. This is a true green‑fields transformation. The rules you build, the automations you create and the pay days you protect will shape how thousands of people are paid for the next ten years. Benefits AMAZING SALARY ON OFFER $500/700 p/d and full holiday and sickness benefits (fixed‑term contract) Work in the CBD office 1–2 days per week or fully remote available Great team, great culture + top manager who has been with the business for over 5 years Key Responsibilities Run parallel payrolls (old system vs Dayforce) until every dollar, cent, tax line and super contribution reconciles perfectly Ruthlessly hunt down manual workarounds and replace them with bullet‑proof Dayforce configuration and workflows Write and execute comprehensive UAT covering every payroll oddity: term‑time employees, clergy‑style stipends, portable long‑service leave, multi‑award complexity and more Be the calm voice in the room on cutover weekend and own hypercare for the first four live pays Turn nervous payroll teams into Dayforce champions with the training content and workshops you design and deliver About You Hands‑on Dayforce payroll configuration experience (entitlements, calculated fields, pay policies, workflows, advanced reporting – you’ve built it, not just run pays in it) Battle scars from at least one full migration or major Dayforce implementation (parallel runs, defect triage, hypercare war‑room) Obsessive attention to legislative compliance paired with a creative streak for automation Confidence to push back on consultants and vendors when needed, and the communication skills to bring non‑payroll stakeholders along on the journey For a full JD available upon submitted resume application.
