We're expanding and seeking multiple experienced administrators to join our growing organization. At our Western Haematology and Oncology Clinics in West Perth, we are currently recruiting for multiple opportunities across Monday to Friday, and welcome applications for full-time and part-time positions. In this patient-focused role, you will play a vital part in ensuring smooth clinic operations and exceptional patient experiences. What's Involved Patient liaison: Welcoming patients, answering calls, managing correspondence, and scheduling appointments. Patient administration: Billing, accurate data entry in our e-management system (Episoft and Genie), and managing records. Liaising with hospitals, specialists, and allied health professionals. Supporting doctors, coordinating with nurses, and assisting allied health staff in delivering patient care. Who You Are Demonstrated ability to work with empathy and compassion. Demonstrated ability to multitask. Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service. Experience in a hospital or day hospital setting is desirable. Comfortable working in a collaborative team environment. Specialist practice experience and proficiency in Genie software. What You Bring Experience in a medical practice or haematology / oncology setting. Familiarity with Medicare, DVA, and Private Health Insurance. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to use multiple software systems and proficiency in Word and Excel. Knowledge of medical terminology.
