This team is driving a major uplift in digital maturity and customer engagement through innovative platforms and user‑centred design. Role As a User Experience Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping intuitive and accessible digital experiences across web platforms and customer‑facing systems. Working closely with a team of Product Owners, you’ll collaborate with stakeholders across the business to understand needs, interpret challenges, and translate insights into actionable design recommendations. Key Responsibilities Conducting user research and facilitating workshops to gather insights Designing and iterating user journeys, prototypes, and high‑fidelity designs using Figma and FigJam Maintaining and evolving a cohesive design system and component library Partnering with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure solutions align with organisational goals Using analytics and feedback to drive continuous improvement Support the organisation's uplift in digital maturity Qualifications Strong experience in UX design (not just UI), with a proven ability to create user‑centred solutions Proficiency in Figma and related tools for design and process mapping Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to build relationships across diverse teams Ability to adapt communication style for audiences with varying digital literacy Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles What you'll get in return This is a fantastic opportunity to join an innovative and collaborative team on a permanent and full‑time basis.
