Position Overview We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for user-centered design and be capable of translating high-level requirements into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand‑off to engineering Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards Requirements Proven UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio Proficiency in design and wireframing tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, etc. Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively Up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process is a plus Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or related field is a plus If you are passionate about UI/UX designs and meet the experience criteria, we would love to hear from you Please submit your resume and portfolio showcasing your relevant work.
