As Staff Platform Engineer, you will be responsible for ongoing change and development for the workflow solutions and provide technology oversight to different business units. You also have the opportunity to provide your technical expertise to help strengthen the standards of the team that spans across multiple geographies. You will enjoy working in a hybrid agile development environment, running workshops and sprint ceremonies. You will help shape the future of our digital platform by designing, developing and deploying innovative technology solutions that enable us to build tomorrow\'s bank today. You\'ll lead engineers and implement complex workflow solutions in a cloud-based environment. You will have a strong risk mindset and ensure that cyber security controls are implemented. You will play a mentoring role in providing technical assistance to engineers in the team. Qualifications / Technical Skills We use a broad range of tools, languages, and frameworks. We don’t expect you to know them all but experience or exposure with some of these will set you up for success in this team: Proven experience in building advanced solutions within the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem (Canvas Apps, Model-driven Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents, Dataverse). Strong hands-on knowledge of AI technologies, including CoPilot, GPT-powered models (Azure OpenAI), and AI Builder. Deep understanding of enterprise integrations, APIs, and tool development using C#, Azure, and PowerShell. Experience with Dynamics 365 customization, including PCF controls, Plugins, Web Resources, and Azure Web Apps. Demonstrated experience managing and mentoring engineering teams, including junior engineers and citizen developers. Adept at partnering with cross-functional teams, including engineering, security, and business stakeholders. Preferred: Hands-on expertise in creating PowerApps, Power Automate Workflows and AI-powered chatbots with CoPilotStudio.
