They are looking for an ambitious and motivated candidates to join their team in the fast-paced window furnishing industry, providing excellent customer service to Architects and Interior Designers. Key Responsibilities Client visits providing extensive advice and support on their window furnishing needs Booking appointments and in-showroom consults Prepare accurate check measuring and professional quotes Manage and grow existing relationships with Architects, Interior Designers and Building professionals Assist the National Sales Manager in getting appropriate product samples to Architecture and Interiors studios Review and record sale opportunities and tenders Coordinate projects and ensure invoices are processed accordingly using Pronto (CRM Software) Skills and Experience Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service, administration, or similar role Excellent verbal and written communication skills Fast learner with strong work ethic Full driver's license and own vehicle High level of self-management skills Strong attention to detail Benefits and Culture Full training provided on the job Excellent workplace culture with great tenure in the team Christmas parties and social activities throughout the year REFERENCE Alex McAllister #71039 If the above position appeals to you then please submit your CV and if applicable, work samples (no more than 10mb PDF attachment) to ****@bespokecareers.com and we'll be in touch.
