Whilst you and your team will be responsible for the end-to end processes across finance and administration you will ensure sound financial governance, smooth and efficient functioning of controls and processes and most importantly provide valuable commercial and strategic input. With a continuous improvement mindset you will further enhance the already effective ERP system ensuring dashboards and reports provide management with the information they need to manage the business and to make the right decisions to ensure sustainable growth. You will provide leadership to the small local team and also ensure the accuracy of the work provided by the off shore processing team enabling the production of timely and accurate management reports. Working closely with the senior management team you will possess excellent communication skills and have the ability to quickly understand the drivers of the business and support the business achieve their strategic goals. You will need to have the commercial experience to make a contribution from day one. This experience must be supported by CA/CPA (or near) qualifications.
