Administration Officer â Volunteer Program

Job Description : We are looking for a special kind of person a St Vincents kind of person. Someone who puts compassion, connection and caring for other people at the heart of everything they do. As the Volunteer Administration Officer you will provide administration support for our national Volunteer program which includes tasks such as processing pre-employment checks, coordinating onboarding and commencement details, responding to emails and managing the Volunteer inbox, data entry and reporting verbal and written communications, liaising with internal and external stakeholders and supporting our volunteering initiatives and programs. Reporting to the SVCS Volunteer Lead you will not only benefit from working in a hybrid model which includes a mix of working from home at our corporate office and/or on site with our facility teams but will also join a passionate team of individuals who work well together, know how to have fun and genuinely care about the contribution we are here to make. Based in any of our Group Head Offices in Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne this opportunity is a Full‑Time Fixed Term contract until 30 June 2026 and is now available for immediate start.
